She has successfully spearheaded large Quality teams, for chemical and microbiological analysis, faced multiple international regulatory inspections and has varied exposure of setting up of Quality control laboratories both for OSD and Sterile operations.
Matilda holds expertise in resource development, training and skill enhancement and has trained over 100’s of ‘beginners’ by creating and utilizing strategic modules.
