EduOriens is aimed at holistically developing the student transforming them into professionals. This will equip the students with necessary employability skills that will aid them to perform better in their upcoming careers.

Corporate recruiters these days express that high IQ and occupational competency are no longer adequate for success and sustenance in the industry. An overall development and professional traits in their prospective employee is the current expectation.

A student of science learns the concepts and fundamental operations in the classroom. However from our experience, we find that this knowledge falls short of what the industry expects out of their fresh recruits. Hence there is a gap- an expectation mismatch from both the students as well as the employers; a huge difference in what was learnt in the class room to what is done in practice; a difference in perceived professional attitude to what is expected.

We, at EduOriens, aim to make this transition of a student into the industry as seamless as possible, benefiting both the student community as well as the industry fraternity.
